We are seeking a new full-time member for our innovative team.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Process orders as part of the Sportstiks team
- Help with the co-ordination of orders
- Assist with incoming phone calls, providing a high level of customer service
- Artwork creation via outsourced designers & checking artwork before sending to customers for approval
- Providing Sportstiks team with courier prices for shipments / samples
- Book on orders for despatch to worldwide locations, liaising with couriers and creating commercial invoices for customs.
- Sending customers tracking information via Sportstiks email.
- Excellent attention to detail, checking live databases (so being a whizz at Excel would be an advantage)
- Creating databases for our production team for orders.
